What you tell us
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method and message. We also ask whether you are enquiring for yourself, a family member or an organisation, and what you would like to do (for example, book a viewing). If you enquire for an organisation, we collect its name and your role.
How you found us
Your enquiry includes a few details about your visit, so we can understand which pages and campaigns are helpful: the page you sent it from, the first page you visited, whether you explored Independent or Accessible living, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as those used by our Facebook and email campaigns). These are held in your browser only for the current visit, and are sent to us only with an enquiry.
Who receives your enquiry
Enquiries go to the Notre Dame Living marketing team at Ramwall Group, the developer. They are sent securely through our website host and Resend, our email delivery provider. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a viewing and discuss availability. We do not sell your personal information.
Preventing misuse
To stop automated spam, we count enquiries from each internet address for 15 minutes. The address is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form, with Upstash, and the count expires automatically.
Analytics and advertising
The website uses Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. These set cookies and record page visits and actions such as sending an enquiry or viewing the accessibility report, which helps us measure our advertising. You can limit this through your browser settings and the privacy controls offered by Google and Meta.
On your device
If you choose the larger text size on the Accessible living page, that choice is saved in your own browser so it is remembered next time. It is not sent to us.
Keeping and correcting your information
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain appropriate business records. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing marketing@ramwall.co.nz.
